This is scarily accurate. I mean since this is a recreation there is not a lot to talk about scenery and stuff. I skimmed through an onride of SoB and looked for some details that might have been missed but everything is in check. The support style is the same, the layout is of course correct and the track shaping and banking is also extremely close to the original. Good job!

What great ride and layout! Perfect first drop and waveturn. And for the rest of it, I only encountered minor RMC uncharacteristic bumps in the track which are only in Slow Motion really noticeable. The supports are pretty RMC-like, too however I see that you didn't undergo the hassle to create statically correct metal beams around the track on the waveturn and inversions. Also in some areas, I wished there would have been more metalbeams to support the stress on the track around the inversion but that is not a really big deal.
Scenery/Theming
Just like in your other creation, Canibal, the terrain and foliage are stunning. Custom biomes are rarely seen in NL2 and I wished there were more but I know how much repetitive placing this needs. Speaking of which you completely covered the Station in bushes and trees and there is like no way to access it from the ground xD
Nevermind all in all I really enjoyed this coaster with only a few caveats. I can totally see that your biggest strength lies in foliage - Nicely done!
Coaster
The track is mostly very smooth but for some reason, it had noticeable bumps during some of the curves. For hand-building the first also looks pretty darn good, it can be really hard to achieve the perfect B&M drop shaping and I think yours looks quite good. Also, I don't know how you did it, but the slow zero-g-roll/heartline roll is absolutely perfect. Like examples like these show that you're quite good at hand-building so these bumps in the second half are very unfortunate and hard to not notice.
The supports are good but improvable. I mean B&M has a lot of connectors and styles which are difficult to achieve in NoLimits 2 so I don't really have anything to complain about here.
Scenery/Theming
The generated terrain together with the foliage and textures create a very nice environment around the coaster, even though it seems almost a bit too remote for a coaster since there is no path connection or similar out of that section. But here's what I liked the most about this coaster: The queue. The entrance is absolutely gorgeous and using these wood spikes as a fence gives everything a nice lumberjack theming which fits great with the environment. Seriously good job on that - Just what happened to the station?
Overall it's hard to give this coaster an appropriate rating. The parts you did right are fantastic, stunning and perfect. Too bad other parts then again are not very well thought out. I'd probably rate 9/10 if not 10/10 if you did the thing you did on the queue entrance on the station and fix the bumps on the second half of the ride.
The coaster appears quite wonky - that's both good and bad. First of all, Maurer is known to make unique rides with their X-Cars and I think the first inversion and the overall layout display that very nicely. The problem here is the execution of the track. Some parts look too stretched out like the first zero-g-roll and others again feel too crammed like the final brake-run. Almost the same also applies to the supports. For example, the airtime-hill, where actually is the least stress on the track, has the most supports. Then again despite their random placement, the supports themselves look pretty decent - For the majority, they're genuine and appropriate.
Also plus point for including a transfer track. These are often forgotten by people.
You said you haven't done anything in a year and this coaster is, in fact, a good re-introduction. It definitely has potential and it's just a thing of getting a feel for hand-building and also how much time you want to invest in your coasters.
Coaster
The track is profiled pretty much perfect: It's smooth and exactly Mack-like. The support structures are also just as crazy but realistic as on the original Helix, though there are few ones that look a little bit too wacky. Other than that the layout interacts really nicely with the terrain and the queue.
Scenery/Theming
Hands down with the station building, I always love to see people making custom modeled structures around their coaster. Huge plus point, the default station really wouldn't have fit the style of Helix. It's slick and modern although a bit too grey in my opinion. Yet again the green lighting adds a really nice tone to the coaster. As for the terrain, it's not at all arbitrary which is often the case with NL2 parks, you chose a nice hillside slope coming down to a river.
All in all, an extremely well-done coaster and you definitely hit the style of Helix, both coaster- and theming-wise.
