You must be at least 16 years old to access or use NoLimits Central. By accessing or using this site, you represent and warrant that you are at least 16 years old. If you are under 16, you are prohibited from using NoLimits Central.
2. Terms
By accessing NoLimits Central, you agree to be bound by these terms of service and all applicable laws and regulations. You are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this website are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.
These terms work together with the community Rules and the Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your information.
3. Rules and moderation
You must follow the Rules whenever you post, upload, message, or otherwise take part on NoLimits Central. You are responsible for activity on your account, so keep your password secure and do not share your account with others.
Moderators may edit, hide, or remove content, and restrict, suspend, or ban accounts that break these terms or the Rules, create risk for other members, or interfere with the site. We may take these actions without notice.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of the parks, images, posts, wiki contributions, and other content you share on NoLimits Central. By sharing content, you give NoLimits Central a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, copy, display, distribute, and format it as needed to run and promote the site and its community features. This license ends when your content is removed, except for copies that have already been shared with others, kept in backups for a limited time, or that are part of contributions described below.
Wiki articles are written together. When you contribute to the wiki, you allow other members and moderators to edit, reorganize, and build on your contribution, and you agree it may stay on the wiki with attribution after your account is closed. Public forum posts may also be quoted or added to wiki articles with attribution to their author.
Only share content you have the right to share. You are responsible for making sure your content does not infringe anyone else's rights or break any law.
5. Use license
- Parks, files, and other materials on the Exchange remain the property of their creators. Unless the creator states otherwise, you may download them and use them in NoLimits 2 for personal, non-commercial purposes, including changing them for your own use. Public scripts and files uploaded or linked to the forum may have different terms. Without the creator's consent, you may not:
- Use the materials for commercial purposes or public display, whether commercial or non-commercial.
- Reupload the materials, or modified versions of them, to NoLimits Central or other sites.
- Remove copyright notices, credits, or other proprietary markings from the materials.
- Transfer the materials to another person or mirror them on another server.
- This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by NoLimits Central at any time. Upon termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed format.
6. Disclaimer
- The materials on NoLimits Central's website are provided on an 'as is' basis. NoLimits Central makes no warranties, express or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
- Further, NoLimits Central does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its website or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.
7. Limitations
In no event shall NoLimits Central or its users be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on NoLimits Central's website, even if NoLimits Central has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.

The materials appearing on NoLimits Central's website could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. NoLimits Central does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete, or current. NoLimits Central or its users may make changes to the materials contained on its website at any time without notice. NoLimits Central does not make any commitment to update the materials.

NoLimits Central has not reviewed every linked website and is not responsible for their content. A link does not imply endorsement. You use linked websites at your own risk.
10. nlcbot and Discord services
These Terms also apply when you invite, install, access, or use nlcbot in Discord. nlcbot is provided to support NoLimits Central community features, including slash commands, pronoun role management, search and queue utilities, idea submissions, and Guess the Coaster activities.
You are responsible for complying with Discord's terms, community guidelines, and the rules of any Discord server where nlcbot is used. You may not use nlcbot to spam, harass, impersonate others, evade moderation, abuse permissions, exploit bugs, or violate any applicable law or platform rule.
The Privacy Policy explains what information nlcbot processes and how it is used. Do not submit sensitive personal information through bot commands.
Some bot features may use third-party or related services, including Discord and CoasterTracker. Bot features may be rate limited, changed, suspended, or discontinued at any time. NoLimits Central may remove or restrict access to nlcbot for users or servers that violate these Terms, create risk for the service, or interfere with normal operation.
11. Changes to these terms
NoLimits Central may revise these terms of service at any time without notice. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. By using this website, you agree to be bound by the current version.
