This policy explains how NoLimits Central handles information when you use the website, community features, and related nlcbot services.
Information we collect
When you create an account, we collect your username, email address, and password. Your password is stored as a hash. We also store information you choose to add to your profile, including your avatar, biography, and profile links. If you turn on two-factor authentication, we store its secret and recovery codes in encrypted form.
We store content and activity associated with your use of community features, including parks, images, forum posts, wiki articles, wiki edits and edit proposals, ratings, messages, reports, feedback you send us, follows, and download records. Account and session information can include IP addresses, browser information, and login or activity times.
How we use information
We use this information to maintain your account, provide community features, deliver account and security messages, remember your preferences, notify you about creators and topics you follow, and investigate abuse or technical problems.
Public content and messages
Your username, profile information, uploaded parks, public forum posts, wiki contributions, ratings, and download history can be viewed by other visitors. Wiki articles and their revision history show who wrote and edited them. Reports and feedback are only visible to moderators. Think carefully before including personal information in your profile, uploads, or posts.
We store direct messages, reactions, and read status to provide conversations between participants. People who can view information you share, whether in a message or a public post, may save their own copies.
Cookies and services
Cookies support sign-in, security, and site preferences. You can manage cookies through your browser; blocking necessary cookies may prevent parts of the site from working.
Hosting, file delivery, email, and diagnostic services may process information as needed to operate the site. When you view embedded content or follow a link to another service, that service handles information under its own privacy policy.
Steam
If you connect Steam, we store your Steam ID and display name to associate your Steam Workshop creations with your NoLimits Central account. We also index public Steam Workshop creation and creator information. You can disconnect Steam in account integrations, but this does not remove public Workshop listings already indexed on NoLimits Central. Steam handles information you provide on its service under its privacy policy.
nlcbot and Discord
When you interact with nlcbot, we may process Discord user IDs, usernames, display names, server and channel identifiers, command names and options, selected role preferences, activity or session identifiers, game results, and technical logs.
We use this information to provide, secure, debug, moderate, and improve the bot and related services. Some features involve Discord or CoasterTracker. You can read Discord's privacy policy for details about its service. Do not submit sensitive personal information through bot commands.
Your choices and questions
You can update your profile and connected services in account settings. For questions about information associated with your account or to request access, correction, or deletion, email contact@nolimitscentral.com from the address on your account, or contact a NoLimits Central administrator through the community Discord linked on the About page. Please avoid posting private account details in public channels.
When an account is deleted, wiki contributions may stay on the wiki with attribution, and copies of your content that others have quoted or saved may remain, as described in the Terms of Service.
Age requirement
NoLimits Central is for people aged 16 and over, as described in our Terms of Service. If you believe someone under 16 has provided personal information, email contact@nolimitscentral.com.
