The NoLimits 2 Mega Resource Thread - Guides, Tools, Scripts
I have the original sound files from Code but they are included in the sound pack on page 1, and I also have the old Zeirer cars and the Premiere ones as well, the second Gen B&M invert trains, the 6 seat Dive, Intamin prefab woodie cars, the B&M sensors, as well as a few more stored elsewhere. I can reupload them if the files are wanted.
I just noticed recently that the version of FVD++ hosted on Lucas' mirror isn't the latest version. There were two further versions released through the OpenFVD Repo.
The executable files were bunched in with the rest of the source code, so I've taken the liberty of forking the repo and created a Github release so you can download just the necessary files.
FVD++ v0.79
Here u can find the roar.zip add on.(Coaster specific noises)
Its from TCM (Download in description)
^ that's broken since around 2.2.5.0 I think. Unless he fixed it which he probably didn't considering the latest change date is april 2015.
EDIT 2: I changed script, no errors now, its "roaring" ,but speed from train doesn't change roar.
If somebody can help.
EDIT 1: Script does not work.
I've included TCM's sounds in the Nolimits2Sounds project with his permission. (No ad intended) :D
^ But obviously some ad was required, when people were still discussing about some outdated sound pack instead of it. ;-)
I would like to ask if anyone has a script that plays with the settings of Transport segments? In the case of during one pass of a shuttle, I want the coaster to go through the piece at 8mph, but when it runs through the second time, I want it to run at 55mph?
Does the foliage pack from nseven here include his new additions?

Thank you everyone for working to recompile this valuable data into a friendly resource for all levels of users.

for sure!! you guys on the forum and making tutorials has helped me become a decent coaster designer and push limits to make new rides that the manufacturer wont make!

Here is TheCodeMaster's Intamin LSM Kit - I don't think anyone has supplied it yet.

Also, does anyone recall where the custom sounds were located? I can't remember where I saw them.
Anyone else having an issue trying to download this?

It does not - we're aiming to bring these packs directly to the NL2 library when they are ready.
Legends says that an update is coming """"soon"""""
I think this Youtube channel can fit in here. It got many real-life POV videos displaying g-forces, it's very interesting. A few exemples:
(that perfect 0g on the zero-g roll)
Just want to say that Youtube channel is really cool, KingRCT3! Super helpful for designing rides with realistic forces.
This might not be the best place. But I need some tips on video editing. Nothing fancy, I just keep getting comments that my field of view is annoying. I typically record in ride view for the rattle and airtime feelings and have the quality settings up high @ 60fps. I am not sure what to do considering you can't really adjust the camera in ride view, nor can you 'feel' the coaster to my liking in fly-by-view.
You could have used the Official ASK Thread.
For your Problem. If the viewers complain about the field of View. Press f7 (i think) in the Simulator and Change it. There is a Option Just for field of View which is very easy to Change.
Ah, thanks. I was also asking for a lead on tutorials or 'tips' too, but Ill remember that in the future.

Yes, It Is Fustrating
Hi everyone,
I have recently been getting back at NoLimits and noticed NLE was down. I remembered in the news articles somewhere there used to be a link to some graphs showing the maximum G-force when maintained for serveral different time lengths. There where graphs for all types of G-forces, and (If I remember correctly) also for different kinds of restraints. Does anyone still have (a link to) these graphs?
BTW, I used to be ROLLER97. Glad to see people still know about my friction calculator :)
They're on the first page of this thread. :)
My bad! I must've missed them when I first searched through this thread.
I found a guide about "Track Stress Compensation" on steam.
