Can you embed images from Imgur? I was just trying to do that.

I just tried to upload my first park, unfortunately after the progress bar reached 100% nothing else happened and I saw the upload form again, I only checked it out on FF 57.0.2 x64 for now (uMatrix ist currently just blocking stats.pusher.com, I also selected to automatically remove certain cookies when they were not authorized, nlc is set to be cleaned up on browser restart only).
Edit: Seems to depend on the package file, had a success now.
^ What park were you trying to upload? Like size, etc. Can you provide a download for me so I can test it?

Add a button at the bottom of the page to go back to the forum.
i think it would be better to have the markdown guide be added to the bottom of the current page instead of opening a new page so that we don't have to keep going back and forth between tabs, and clicking on it doesn't erase what we had typed before the first time clicking on it
Just curious, is following a topic and getting notified the only way to tell if there are new posts in a topic? Or is it possible to tell from the main page?

So far, I like the site and it is a massive improvement over NLE. Is an archive somewhere a future possibility? There are so many great references over there which would be a shame if they were lost.
On the main forum page, you can see an Unread Posts link. It updates while you're logged in.
As for NLE archiving, we're investigating how to go about it, but you won't necessarily see it merge here. There may be some kind of repository or dump for old NLE threads that RWN can pull data into. Other than that, none of us mods have actually had any sort of control over NLE and it's functionality in years (aside from basic mod duties), so it is difficult to say what the future of its content will be.
Yeah, that is, if Matt (the owner of NLE) gives me access to the data for the forums, which I think is unlikely, but you never know. If I had that I could easily make an archive for it, something that you can browse and search through, but not an actual thing on the forum or anything like that, sort of it's own repository as disco said.

I've found out what the issue is and am working on a fix for it now, I'll reply here when it's fixed.
I'm currently using this site from a mobile phone (thanks for this) but I can't seem to save my user info from my phone, also the site gets stuck if I try to upload my user icon.
Besides those issues the site looks really nice! A very needed update for the nolimits community!

Can't believe it's actually here. Very nice job, Mr. RWN. Nice clean design and layout, looks good. I second Paradox's comment about a button at the bottom of the page. But maybe have it take you back to the top of the page like on NLE, as all the navigation links are up there.
Now for the hard part, finding a decent image to use for an avatar, lol
I would love to see a 'go back to top' button at the end of the page or/and 'go to All Discussions
page'.
Bug report!
I've already had this happen 4 times to me.
Occasionally, when a something new is posted, the "n unread messages" doesn't disappear after reading the post. I can open the page again and again and it still says "unread".
And yes, I know there's a "mark as read" button, that still doesn't change that fact that it's unintentional behaviour.

@bestdani - still need to fix this issue. I believe you can actually upload the park now, as I forgot to increase the upload size to 2gb as it should be (instead it was 100mb). However - however please don't upload it lol, there's still something on the park that breaks things, once I get the unseen stuff fixed I'll work on fixing it.
@Kevan - I'll look into user settings page on mobile and optimize it
I'll also add a back button of some sort to the bottom of topic pages.
May I also add a suggestion?
At the top of the page, you (currently) have Heretic on every page, no matter which one. However, for account pages, I think it would be nice to be able to customize the image. That makes it look and feel more personalizable: Everything on the account page is dedicated to show what that person has done, except for Heretic.

Hmm, that's something I can talk to with some other people to get more opinions on. The banner is actually going to change weekly along with the SSS winner. I'm only leaving it as Heretic this week because it's the first week and it's what I've been using to develop it. Next week it'll change to whatever park won the SSS, so the banner changing all the time for SSS and with accounts might be confusing.
How do i post images??? I followed the "Formatting with Markdown" thingy but i cant get it to work.... :C Does the "Preview" Show the image? D':
^ it should, make sure you are linking an actual image that has a file extension (you can right click the image and click "Copy Image Address"), I'll update the markdown guide to explain it better
It could just be that I'm using a windows phone, but threads don't load on mobile for me. They show up on the main page but lead to a blank screen when I go to them.
why would you buy a windows phone
It would be great to see a different style applied to the topic titles so they stand out a bit more on the the forum list. It isn't obvious to click on them and sometimes I miss, landing on the name of the poster instead.

^ I can do that. My main focus in the coming days will actually be on mobile, since that still needs some optimizations.

This is a thread for feedback on NLC, as it is new and completely developed by me, there are bound to be some bugs and issues with the site.
