Dark theme please.
So when you copy a link, it adds the 'https://www.' bit, but when you try to use that (for adding anything, such as a youtube video, or even just a link to your steam profile etc.), it says 'invalid format'. Took me a few attempts before realising I could only copy/paste part of the link for it to work.
^ I did that for my own convenience but will update it shortly so you don't have to remove that
Either that or just make it more obvious that you can only use the certain part.
Another suggestion - I LOVE the feature of track descriptions for each coaster in the park, such a clever implementation, I wouldn’t change this, however I would change the 30 Character limit for the coaster name. The sim doesn’t have this limit, so for example on Terra Phase 3 I have “Arborak - Guardian of the Forest”, and it uploads it as such and has the full name, but then I can’t edit anything else without shortening the name, because it tells me the name is too long.
On mobile, the message button on someone's profile is behind that person's picture. Not a big issue, it's still usable but some of the words are cut off.
The unread box doesn't update when you logged off.
In other words: 0 unread messages, log off, then log in and it still shows 0 messages, although the last comment of the thread was posted after I logged off.
^ That's something I'm going to be changing soon. It'll be an easy fix but I need to look into the implications of it. Because by the nature of users and posts, the unseen posts table will grow exponentially. My way to remedy that was essentially to count comments posted after a user's last log in date. So not bug, but it's something I need to look into.
^^^ I'll increase the limit for that. It's a bit tricky because I believe NL2 leaves Windows up to truncating long information for names / descriptions. On here a limit is better to have, but I'll definitely increase that.
I'm currently working on the better ux for linking steam / yt urls, I almost have it finished but wanted took some time off for Christmas
Seriously thank you for pouring hours of your own free time into the site- it looks fantastic and runs very smoothly. Definitely an improvement.
Since the other site is officially down, can we bring back the resources thread?! it was very usefull

Is it me or does the 'Steam workshop page' link on the exchange lead to a blank page with 'Access denied'? I can still get on Steam tho.
^ Freethebear was telling me about this, I tested it and it works fine. It doesn't seem to be an NLC issue, as it's just a link that goes directly to steam that the user enters. I tested the one bear sent and it worked fine
It'd be wonderful to have a perma link button for each post. It's nice to be able to share a specific post with folks and have the link take them right to the correct post, even if that post was half way down page 3 of 12.

Whenever I try to paste a video URL in the "Add a video" field it says "The video format is not valid." Is there a super specific way to do that since depending on where you click from, YouTube URLs can have variations?
^ You need to remove the https://www from the url, I'll make it so that you don't need to though, as it was like that for the account settings as well. Those have since been changed, but I still need to do it for the park videos (and steam workshop page)

First and foremost, thanks RWN for the time and effort you put in this new forum. I think we all really love it.
I just came across a weird bug tho, in the private message window. When I hower my mouse over this area back and forth, and then if I keep my mouse there it shakes real quick, like it's having a seizure:
