First and foremost, thanks RWN for the time and effort you put in this new forum. I think we all really love it.
I just came across a weird bug tho, in the private message window. When I hower my mouse over this area back and forth, and then if I keep my mouse there it shakes real quick, like it's having a seizure:

I've changed how unseen posts work so now they will be kept when you log in, I did have to reset everyones unseen posts lol, sorry. If there are any issues with this update let me know here.

Hi all,
so there was about ~5 minutes of downtime, I want to explain that really quick and talk a little bit about future development plans, etc.
Basically the downtime came from an error that I had pushed up while trying to get things ready for the toolbox feature (something that will be above the comment field so you can easily add markdown to your posts without having to memorize stuff, although honestly I don't think it's that much to memorize). I've talked about this before on NLE about one or two years ago, and it still holds true today, the way you manipulate text on websites for fields is terrible. Because of this, the toolbox feature will be at the bottom of the feature list for NLC, which is unfortunate, but the time it would take for me to get that up, vs the time it would take to get other features / improvements done makes it not worth it. As the current list I have gets smaller and this thread becomes less active, I'll start the toolbox feature, but right now it simply isn't worth it.
When I open a coaster on the exchange to download, the date it gives that says "uploaded on" is just the current date.

I tried to log on to the old No Limits Exchange forum and was met with the farewell message. I was very surprised and a bit sad, but I am just reaching out to Ride Warrior Nation for giving the community another great platform to share their creations and ideas. I am very grateful to join the community even though I had been virtually inactive on NLE since 2015.
I didn't keep my old profile name from NLE, but I was known as MGCD.
Again, thank you for this great website! I am very impressed at how polished it is and it couldn't have come at a better time.
RWN, just wondering if it's possible for you to implement some kind of login save feature, where it remembers your email addy once you've entered it so you don't have to type it in every time you log in to the site. Something like one of those little arrows next to the text field that you click and it opens a dropdown box with your login email.
^ That is added by default. Not sure if I should remove it by default and just have a checkbox for it? Obviously getting on the site from multiple computers will make you re-login. I am aware of an issue where it may sometimes infrequently log you out, and am looking into it.

And i've never actually had that issue happen, where i've been randomly logged out.
Like NLE I think it would be nice if there was an easy way to pull up the list of moderators/admin.
In the Roundup thread I was trying to put each Roundup link on its own line, but couldn't get that to happen. Even though I hit return they are listed with just a space between them. Hitting return a second time gives a double line gap. Would like (without the extra space):

^You're not doing anything wrong (or everyone is). Seems like the way text is formatted was changed after the launch of NLC. The exchange is another good example for this.
Hmm, yeah, for some reason I disabled line breaks, although I'm not entirely sure why. I've re enabled them though, so you should be good to do that now.

It would be nice if there was a way to follow certain authors so you could stay up-to-date on what they upload. There should also be an option to follow just coasters or forum posts (in case the individual doesn’t want to follow both).
I suggest removing the darkgray bars on mobile if that's possible. Only a minor cosmetic thing which barely impacts the user experience tho.
^ Maybe, I'll keep that in mind when doing more design tweaks and mobile optimizations.

Do you think you could add either a button to go back to the top or breadcrumbs of the forum at the bottom of pages? It's a pain to have to scroll back up to get back to the forum. Perhaps it is just me?
I've noticed that there is a "back to top" button on mobile but not on desktop. I agree that a "back to forum" button at the bottom of pages is the number one thing I'd like to see.

Is it possible when a message session with another user of the forum is finished, possible to remove the session ?
