I don't like how there is a perfectly straight segment right before the zero-g roll. But other than that, fantastic layout!

What about the Red Bull air race in Budapest? That's over water. The point I'm trying to make is that this terrain doesn't have to fit for starting/landing. Plus, this is a rollercoaster after all.
Rolley coasters that I dun did
The wooden coaster has a lot of airtime hills directly after one another without anything else happening inbetween. That should be avoided, although it is quite easy to fall into this trap.
