Lower the speed :)
Not that rollback.
I meant when the train arrives on the launch point and stops few seconds. Before it launch, the train stops and rolls some inches backwards and launch.
I guess you'd have to make a custom block script. When the train is on the section, open the brakes and transport backwards, either timed or until it hit a certain trigger.
It looks easier than it is.

Wish someone who can do it made a tutorial...haha
Anyone see the latest information on Steam? I don't have that version but saw screenshots on Instagram. A free update is nearing completion with a target date of around Christmas. It will include a hybrid coaster style. You know what that means!
I hope they don't mean "a cat that's genetically spliced with a roller coaster."
Can someone post the pics here?
They were just screenshots of the text saying the hybrid is coming. Here's a bad one.

Could we see a good one?
i meant a pic of the ingame rmc coaster. Not the steam news page.
That will probably not get shown until the update
More important, the performance is way up with this update! I've noticed a 75% increase of FPS in some of my parks. Great job guys!

I don't have the Steam version, so I don't have access to the announcement. That's all I could find. Why that person took such a bad photo is beyond me.
I will be able to make better RMC Jetcoasters when the next hybrid update releases!
I believe I asked this once before but I cannot find that thread. Can NL2 coaster data be exported to a file. I know that you can export the track spline but what I am looking for is basically just pitch and roll data. Is there some sort of telemetry output?
NL2 comes with a telemetry server and there's also some demo client software written in Java that comes with NL2 in its installation directory. I have also created some Python client you can check out there already with some demo for logging the telemetry data to some file in a CSV format: https://github.com/bestdani/py_nl2telemetry
The last update does not seem to noticeably improve the fps for Jamp Up Land. Maybe i need a NASA computer?
Get one then.
@ Jetcoasterfan
U might need an Apollo 11 computer.
Out of the 4 options for exporting the video file format from NL which one do you use and why? What ones outputs the best resolution.
The output format does not affect the pixel resolution which is what you set with the width height and pixel aspect ratio values. Except for MOV YUV 4:2.2, the format options should produce a lossless image but just with different file sizes and theoretically different processing speeds when edited or converted to other formats. I usually use the MOV PNG format.
We recommend MOV PNG and use it for all our official videos.

I saw this on FB.

Does this have anything to do with the upcoming hopefully Christmas hybrid update?
^^^
^^
Thanks. I was using the MOV PNG but the exported file wouldnt open in my video editor program. So I was having to convert it and was loosing some quality as a result. I tried AVI and it loaded into my video editor.

Does somebody know how to do a little rollback before launch like TTD or Kingda Ka?
