The coaster is static and the scenery rotates around it. It's like a giant Madhouse. If you stick the camera onto the scenery it appears to be the coaster which rotates.

That's clearly a mistake in proportions. I never used 3ds max so I have no idea how it works but you might just look if the dimensions match.
