^ Please look at the rules for the thread in the original post, it was 10 4k+ images, if you want to post several images like that please link to an imgur album, etc

Just a bit of a side project I started. It's probably not the most realistic concept but I thought it was cool. I'm still working on the launch structure. I've had the lift support structure for the Maurer SkyLoop models in mind, but it seems a bit flimsy, so I might add two more arms of support near the end of the launch.

^ Looks alright so far. Might be a tad too deep.. Maybe make the spine a little bit wider as well. try using the same values for width and height, see how that looks.

Just found a pic of a coaster we used to have at a park over here, has the same style loops.

Making a basic coaster for some practice, its just under 200ft tall and will be a lot like skyrush and i305. Forces on the drop are -1.5g max, and the flat turn is 4.3g max

After many months, The Smiler - Updated, with Gerstlauer Infinity trains and improved optimisations is now available to download for Nolimits 2. While there are still some issues and unfinished areas of the recreation, I no longer have time due to various factors to correct these but wanted to release this final version with the correct trains. I hope you enjoy the updated recreation.

Download from the exchange now! Steam links are accessible through the exchange pages.

Togo, did you forget to put friction settings into this coaster? It seems implausibly long for the height it started out at!!

^Togo Jetcoasterfan figured out how to make the car hover above track (thereby negating the reason for a track in the first place?) which minimized friction. That's why he can build unrealistically long tracks with reasonable heights.
