Blase Rhine's Project Thread
Love that layout!
Thanks! The layout of Project SGW was heavily inspired by Raptor at Gardaland as well as Wild Eagle at Dollywood. The main idea for this was to better my knowledge and shaping of wing coasters.
Speaking of, I have started more terrain work/textures around the coaster as well as testing some foliage. I still have to finish up the loop and dive loop supports and figure out where a transfer track will fit. If any of you have ideas on how it can fit please let me know as the track is planned to stay the same.
Transfer area?
~Till next time
3 years later and Kilauea is officially finished and ready for you all to enjoy! It is available for download right here on NLC just click the link below. Please be sure to read the description prior to downloading and make sure to rate and comment. Enjoy!

Played this in the Oculus Rift earlier and it's easily become my favorite VR experience for NL2. Very well optimized, and the atmosphere is incredible. All the onride interaction made it super cool. Great job on this coaster Blase!
As for the transfer track on SGW, the only thing I can think of (while keeping it B&M) is to turn the first part of the level brake run behind the station into the transfer track, transferring to the right. It would then back into the storage tracks. It looks like there might not be enough room for it to transfer to two separate storage tracks, so then it would just have to be one long track that can fit both trains on it. I don't think I worded that well but hopefully you understand lol.

You explained it perfectly haha. I reached out to a good friend of mine to see what he could come up with and it is almost exactly what you just described. My main concern was it wouldnt pass clearance however, luckily it barley does. The next update of it will have the transfer and will go more in depth of the theme and direction I plan on going with it. Thanks for the suggestion :)

A New Start
With No Limits Central being the main hub of No Limits 2 I decided I should begin a thread of my own projects, concepts, artwork, and more. Here you will find all projects/coasters/ideas/downloads/etc. that are complete or currently being worked on or imagined by me so be sure to keep checking back as I will be updating the first post with current projects!
Enjoy!

1. Kilauea- B&M Sitdown
Kilauea began nearly 3 years ago as a concept after riding the Incredible Hulk Coaster at Islands of Adventure. I wanted to create something with the same launch and roll that IHC had.I began drawing up several ideas of layouts and decided a mix between IHC and Dragon Khan. Halfway through the trackwork I scrapped the original theming which was basically a gamma radiation facility (similar to IHC), and decided a Tiki/Polynesian style. The original plan was to have this as a center island and create a park around it with rides of several amazing NL2 creators such as Kyle Sloane and Dapalm titled Discovery Point. Due to performance, I decided to scrap that (which I may revist at another point) and focus on the coaster and surrounding area as a whole. I began reaching out to many NL2 creators for input, creative ideas, and help. As of now nearly 10 creators from all over has helped/influenced this project. Creating this has been such a huge undergoing and I am grateful to have worked with many other talented creators in the community.

This is my newest and current project, a B&M wing coaster that has a lengthy and forceful layout. Theming and more will be announced at a later date!

3. DynaMine- Gerstlauer Infinity Coaster
Dyna Mine is a Gerstlauer Infinity Coaster that is themed around an abandon mine where all the workers all of a sudden vanished. Dyna Mine is heavily based on the concept images with the same name as well as Dollywood's Mystery Mine. This is a heavy WIP and I am posting it as interest if I should turn it into a full project? Also, much of this ride including everything shown below will be COMPLETELY inside a show building themed to a mine shaft or mine tunnel.

and with some scenery:
Right now, this project is on hold for a later date. Most of the ride is planned to be indoors and centered around narrow "mine shafts". Unfortunately I am not all that great at "organic" modeling so rockwork and things necessary for this project are quite difficult. RCW was helping with this project and has been a huge help creatively. If any of you have experience in modeling rockwork and would like to reach out a hand for this project, please contact me.

4. Elementum- Custom Intamin Rocket
Elementum is going my most realistic project to date... It has a sci fi theme and story line as follows, "Back in 2017 a company called ACE opened up the Institute for Element Conservations or IEC for short. Due to the increase of global warming and the destruction of much of the earths non renewable energy the IEC has been working on new ways to harness the 4 main elements (earth, water, fire, and air) and be able to extract as much energy from them as they can in order to convert it to electricity.... this was a failed attempt and resulted in a huge waste of energy that spilled out of the building and into the ground, thus the plants and wildlife around the institute flourished. Now the year is 2034 and another company called THE ELEMENTUM CONSERVATIVE has re opened the institute and built EA-113 a vehicle used to go out and harness the elements once again in turn providing clean energy for the area around it."
With that being said, this project began first with the story and once finalized, I began working on the track which took about 4 months to complete. In all this project has close to 7 months of work into it so far. The plan right now is to clean up the current models to better the performance as well as finish modeling and texturing them. Afterwards comes some scripting elements and then the coaster will be released. However, don't sit around and wait for this one, as when it is perfect in my eyes, it will be released. Could be a few months, could be a few years.
I should note that RCW is also a collaborator on this project helping with texturing and some modeling. Anyways, onto the images...

5. Wilderness Ridge (name subject to change)- RMC Hybrid
While we all are patiently waiting for the RMC update, I went ahead and began designing an RMC hybrid themed to a Tibetan mountain. Riders will be placed on a high speed, high thrill roller coaster ride around a mountain and deep in the jungle on Wilderness Ridge. More to come soon when details are finalized.
