Don’t hesitate to spend a long time on one element, play around with no lateral gs on roll points and adding vertices to parts of the track to make it smoother, I would also recommend putting a picture of maverick from the top in satellite view on google earth and put it on a 3D modeling software like blender and importing it into no limits so you have a template.
A satellite photo helps a lot and this a tutorial i've used to import one from google earth pro(yes, it's free)
