Hello everyone, today I post my first topic on this new forum, I will present the beginning of the construction of the supports of my last roller coaster I made on No limits 2. This is the RMC, Medusa Steel coaster at Sixflags in Mexico (Save me for the pictures, I do not know how to put them for what appears directly, in any case just click on the links.)

Yeah looking forward to this. I think that ride looks incredible, one of the best paced rides in the world with such an amazing selection of elements. For me it's just about perfect based on what they were working with, which I can't always say is my same opinion of other RMC conversions. They're all great rides yes, but this one in particular I think they nailed 100%.

Just watching some videos I didn't see much of a difference (based on ride time) but it's always easier to tell in person.

Only real RMC I've ridden is Wicked Cyclone. It's an awesome ride but the speed/excitement definitely peters out for the last 1/5 or so, and that one S hill is really awkward to me. Texas Giant seems to have a similar problem, again because of constraints from the original layout. I don't like the section on top of the wall on Iron Rattler. So they're all top notch coasters, but again Medusa Steel Coaster's design is the best of the existing conversions by far IMO because it doesn't really seem to have any drawbacks, and it really does a lot of things well.

Yes they slowed it down so they could add VR to it.

Also while Wicked Cyclone does drag on a bit at the end, I still do think the ending is quite fun and I'm glad the ending is even there considering they could have just gutted out half the ride like Twisted Cyclone.

That is a sin. I don't see any advantages to VR that outweigh the drawbacks. Glad to see that you're not adding VR to your recreation. RMC's are already exhilarating on their own.

They also put it on Superman at SFNE... Then they did it to Mind Eraser directly after receiving new trains.

Yeah Six Flags really isn't that clever with keeping the general public happy, all I remember was complaint after complaint for superman.

Wow! Many of you have commented, I will not be able to answer all of you, I understand English very badly, I have to translate your sentences to understand. As you may have guessed the roller coaster is not finished, it all starts just ... the landscape is the same, as well as 3D.

For the steel brackets I just put "C beam" it's a long time to do, but it's pretty after once finished! I saw that a person told me that I did not have the right "crosses" even though it is identical to the real one, I respected the height, the length is the speed it is identical.

This is not my first roller coaster on No limits 2, it is myself who made the 2 roller coaster Vekoma MK1101 appeared on the old forum is full of other on Youtube.

Here are more pictures of the day's progress.

So much for today, Ps: there is my youtube channel in my profile to see my old Roller coaster.

Hello everyone, after some time without touching Medusa Steel coaster, I decided a few days ago to resume/advance this RMC start during January. Here are the images taken today. Most of the supports are finished, I just have the heartline supports to completely redo.

Hi I've noticed that on your Medusa replica you made the banked turns extremely well, I also noticed that on the real thing there is a point in the banked turns where the angle that the track turns seems to increase at the end of the banked turns do you happen to know why this is by any chance ?
