A present from COASTERGUY246 and I to you

Congratulations to you all, this was a great contest, good fun to judge and make this video.

That is amazing!
The shot where each of the rides with the template was shown was really cool and demonstrated how each of us used the allotted space to our best capacity.

Like your shaping style!

Nailed the mack-ish feeling with the heartline roll and the mcbr. In general all transitions looked very smooth to me.

Great coaster!

^ Yeah, I do actually. The heartline roll was a pain to get smooth and shaped right, and I still don't particularly like the exit on it, but I think it all turned out pretty well! In regards to smoothness, I tried using Element 115's techniques on this ride - they help a lot, I'd definitely recommend them!

Just wanted to apologise for how long its taking for the results. The judges have been more busy than expected, and personal issues have been getting in the way of me being able to actually write up the final posts. I now have enough input from the judges to do all the write-ups, and im slowly getting through them when I can. If you haven't already, I highly recommend watching iSatnav's video showcasing all the entries we received

Me too. Especially since the entries are mostly very high quality which make the top creations very hard to predict. More than two thirds of the entries look already better than the first place of SS2 which had supports clipping through buildings in obvious locations. (No offense JAKool, your Flyer is extremely good in terms of layout and trackshaping though)

^^Not sure what supports you're talking about, I made sure that all of the supports that interacted with the building made sense realistically. Can you PM me an example of the ones you're referring to?

Its easy to talk about issues that a ride has, its even harder to talk about good things without saying exactly the same thing over and over again for each entry

Honesty I like nit picking, it makes me better as a coaster designer and while obviously hearing positive things about your work is nice, the feedback and nit picking is what makes you better

Just got done editing a montage video of my entry. Not to be confused with the on-ride I uploaded earlier, because of the same thumbnail:

It's been a month. I usually am not impatient but at this point my anxiety for the results has evolved into an uncomfortable hype. In a few days the time it has taken you to rate this will become larger than the time we had to actually build it. Also seeing recent activity on other stuff focused around nl2 makes me concern that some judges even forgot about this contest.
