(1/16/20) 360° POVs! - The [OMITTED] Misadventures of Cherry Bomb
Unfortunately, I have no plans to put the park up for download. There are all sorts of reasons for this, but in short, it'd just be an unnecessary headache. While I appreciate the genuine interest in exploring the ride and park for yourself, I don't plan on reversing this decision, so please don't push from here on out.
However, you have not seen the last of Cherry Bomb. In exchange for not putting the park up for download, I do hope to release two more videos of the ride- one complete 360° POV for each track. Keep in mind, nobody has seen the other track yet. I would have included it in the Roundup 300 video, but the darn thing was already pushing 10 minutes, so I decided to omit it. I'm very excited to share with you all, but due to my life's responsibilities, it may take some time before I can put these out.
Again, please don't push for release dates. I'll finish the videos when I can, and not a moment sooner.

It's finally time to release the 360° immserive POVs! There's one for each track, the familiar "Hero" route, and the "Villain" route, which has never been seen! I strongly recommend checking it out, because I think it's my personal favorite between the two.
Either way, I'd love to hear what you guys think!

I still dont understand why we cant play it for ourselfs and dont start on me and saying its to complex...

There's literally nothing else in the ride you would possibly want to see that hasn't been shown in a video. It's Joseph's choice whether or not he wants to release it, and I can guarantee constant whining about it does not make him want to. Be happy for what you're given and appreciate the hard work that went into it, whether or not you can download it.
Kinda defeats the point of the sim though. We don’t use No Limits because we want to watch something on youtube.
It makes the big roundups a bit of a joke tbh, when most of the winning videos are youtube only showcases. It’s been like this for a number of years, so many of the winning parks never see the light of day.
JP has used this thread to create interest in this ride, and clearly people are invested in seeing the finished product. And there’s a big difference between seeing something in a youtube video and seeing it in the Sim.
i remember asking about releasing it a while back, he said something along the lines of, it cant be released do to limitations and special effects, etc iirc. it would be nice to play it but if it cant be released, it cant.
We just got 2 perfect 8k 360 degree POVs, whatever machine you have, this lets you experience this fantastic ride closer than ever and still enjoy great performance. I'm thankful Joseph took the time to additionally release these in an insane quality.
After years of work put into this all he gets to hear is people demanding more? Let's try to be better than that.
I really enjoyed the newly released Villain route, Joseph! I'm still in absolute awe at this project, its so well rounded off, I still get goosebumps every time when the ride wraps up and pulls back into the station! Enjoying this on my phone in VR was a great experience!
I’m fairly certain this project won’t be released to its complexity and scale.
