The "What Did You Just Do In NoLimits" Thread

1651 to 1675 of 1692

What did I just do??? I opened No Limits 2 for the first time in YEARS!!! I can't wait to get back into playing/working this simulator. And of course, interacting with you all. Working 4 jobs definitely has it's down sides, and upsides. Upsides, we get to travel the world and ride roller coasters we only dreamed of getting to experience. Downsides... zero free time. Working on changing that downside! :) This was step one.

In 2016, Utah Coaster Enthusiasts endeavored to take Wicked at Lagoon Amusement Park and remix it into a better rider.

Renaming the coaster, Wicked: Remixed. The Remix was a success and garnered much praise.

However, for 2023, Utah Coaster Enthusiasts decided to George Lucas it. ( referring to how George Lucas has added to the Original Trilogy a few times)

Wicked: Remixed 2.0 is here! Featuring improved track work, improved scenery, and much better paint colors.

Please enjoy Wicked: Remixed 2.0!

I've finally gotten back into NL2! I have restarted work on a project from last year and started two new ones! The first of which is inspired by recent coaster news and is nearly ready to ROCK the world...

The links below are for two new project recreations, which I'm excited to share.

Project #1
https://1drv.ms/v/s!AltNE9wdx1Ulg1EwtQkpaKTsVlSC?e=hkaTLk
(WIP video of Bizarro at SFNE (2009-2011, w/ original audio and fire effects))

Project #2
https://1drv.ms/v/s!AltNE9wdx1Ulg1Ct1ega64Nqq-wq?e=jlQ0bF
(WIP video of Superman The Ride at SFNE (2016-Present, w/ audio only on the lift hill))

Please let me know what you guys think of these projects. Note: I'll make sure to give credit for anything I used in both projects (ex. scenery, audio).

I had an idea about creating a layout purely inspired by a music, i finally finished it today, i am ok with the result, it take a long time to sync elements but its pretty fun, i think i will try a other one soon.

The result:

Introducing a No Limits Roller Coaster project that I have been working on off and on for 2 years, an S&S Worldwide, Inc. Axis Coaster.

This is the concept layout S&S displayed at the 2021 IAAPA Trade show and I instantly liked it. The first layout they revealed in 2020 for the Axis Coaster was not my favorite. So, when I saw this layout, I knew I had to bring it to life in NL2.

I found an NL2 user Costa 202 (https://lnkd.in/dTifA4cD...) who had shared their custom Axis Trains and Script to make the ride work.

After some testing and figuring out how to make the script and custom train operate correctly. I set about making the layout as exact as possible. In addition, I spent a good deal of time working on getting the "Water-n-a-Bucket element working as I imagined it would be like a kind of non-inverting loop where the ride would stay non inverted and kind of rotate around the loop.

The theme of the ride is that of a Moon base named Lunar Lab 23. The lab's responsibility is to study terraforming on the moon. Unfortunately their system for terraforming keeps going offline, requiring constant maintenance. Their solution for quick response times is a rail based repair vehicle which can respond the quickest in the Moon's Micro-gravity environment.

Please enjoy my latest NL2 project the XYZ- The Axis Coaster. I placed it in my home park of Lagoon and set it so as to replace the aging Double Thunder Raceway, which turns 24 years old this year.

Hello everyone! You might recognize that these images represent my very first upload to Nolimits Central, a recreation of Maverick from Cedar Point. Well, it has come time to give it a well-deserved update! Check it out once it's uploaded. You'll be surprised at what you see (and hear as well).
