The "What Did You Just Do In NoLimits" Thread
Page up/down works too but axis lock on 3D view could be useful if you don't wanna bother with snap distance.
This would be nice for scenery too, especially when clicking and dragging in 3D view, as Soko said.
Also its a way to make depumping work better on flat turns
That would help so much for support free nodes. It would have saved so much time during the baseframe section of Seaside Screamer and I just am deterred from doing support scenery because I cannot seem to get free nodes to go where I want them to go.
Edit: I can't type

Outstanding and hilarious.
Very late but thanks. I almost wish I'd put this at the very end.
Great layout and very unique concept with the Polercoaster-like turns and the dive coaster drops. I wish the camera in the video were angled up a bit more though.
Thanks! I agree with the camera Angle. I will Work on that for my next Project. You can also Download it if you want to enjoy it in the perfect camera Position. Also it would have Been great If the Video would Show the trains duelling but you cant really See the other train. Its worth checking Out.

Starting to help an ex VTO member finish his recreation in NL2. Currently trying to get the NL2 Environment to look fairly realistic, any tips on how to make it look even better?
^ I had a similar situation with 12 Gauge, a Mack Launcher I have in my park. I went with the inversion, but the previous element is plain, and it just comes off a mcbr.

I'm about to start working on my wing and floorless coasters' areas. The Wing coaster is called Detroit Pimps. The floorless coaster is called Da Trap.
Have a look at this, peeps, and deem if it's worth finishing. I have 2nd car view and front view POVs in the video. I was hoping to generate more swing. There's a tiny bit, and I think it's fun, but I'd like to see what you all think (suspended coaster). It's intended to be a modern suspended coaster. Probably from Vekoma, but I didn't design with any specific manufacturer/designers in mind (Model is FVD, btw).

Guys I have a question: Which element do you like better out of these two?
Element 1: Heartline roll
Element 2: straight twist? Don't know what it's called
They both work, but it kind of depends on the rest of the layout. If you have any kind of similar inversions in the layout, I'd say keep it straight. If this is the only straight drop in the layout, then definitely keep it straight! The inversion kind of kills the 'dropping feeling' as it disorientates riders, while the double-down allows more focus on the elevation change and, to me at least, feels more like plummeting towards the water.
(I also prefer sustained airtime over inversions)

The beginning of something big.
(I hope)

Wait - are you sure you unlocked swinging in the first place? (with a trigger)
^Doesn’t look like it’s swinging at all.

Almost Finished Intamin Giga

I did not realize they had to be unlocked, lol. I thought it'd be more like how they exist in the world, having a mini rail below the train to prevent swinging when necessary. I'll look into the trigger tonight.
Here's an RMC I've been working on, it's the first one that I've really ever been remotely pleased with and not scrapped. Feedback would be helpful and appreciated (but not necessary).
^looking good but maybe a bit slow towards the end.
Here's a video of my current project, a Vekoma MK1101 coaster. I'm thinking of adding a Steam punk-esque theme to it
^ Pretty nice layout, it reminded me of a redone Drachen Fire in a lot of ways.
Like a mash-up of Goudurix, Drachen Fire, and RMC elements.
^ exactly what I was going for :D

Isn't just using the top / front / side view the same as locking the axis?
