I believe that King got that one... He mentioned both names of the ride but stated that when that particular picture was taken it was Orichi @ Expoland. Which would have been his final answer.

Well, I'm a mod and Nolimiters can have it. I'd personally give the point to jpaufsc, but if you insist of it being Orochi not Monster, that's up to you MrRC.
The picture from RCDB was from the time it was Orochi @ Expoland. So Monster is the wrong name.
