Next Update?
When it comes out. It's better to not estimate on a date than to disappoint people by missing the deadline.
Something tells me a decently large update will come in the somewhat near future. I believe the devs have been subtly hinting at releasing an RMC coaster style for quite some time.
What I mainly hope for, is a much better wooden and steel auto support generator much like Planet Coaster's.

Yeah, if I remember right, there was a hint about RMC rails in a Screenshot Saturday a little while back. Maybe as a New Year's/Christmas gift.
I wonder if the devs were working on an RMC update and had to change the trainstyles to include RMC's new design.
^ I don't think they would change the design just for the new trains, they might be changing the design of the Raptor trains though since we actually know what they look like now
They could very well include both generations of trains as well
We won't have any idea until the dev team releases a new video.
Hopefully both types of trains will appear, but I foresee only one style of the RMC trains making it to release. Just my two cents.
Could we possibly see the new Vekoma trains seeing as they have been rendered for the Energylandia (in a similar to fashion to how we got the Vekoma Motorbike coaster) I wonder how much more work over what we saw in those videos would be required to get them to a releasable state. That would be a nice addition even if less requested than RMC.
I'd be pretty happy to see any new coaster style - RMC would be nice certainly, but also Vekoma Looper would be great. However, I'd also like some upgrades on existing styles at some point - for example, Vekoma Motorbike coasters lack a launch track spine which makes it pretty hard to accurately recreate one withoutlots of effort and support scenery.
I'd love to see RMC addition.
Here’s what I’d love to see...
- New Generation Vekoma
- Scriptable Track Section
- RMC Trains, Track and Auto-Supports
- Zierer ESC Trains
I'd like the ability to copy and paste scenery. Also, the ability to import images without having to use another program.
Will the next update for the game come on the 10th of January for the games 4th anniversary?
I got a sneak peek/description of what they’re working on during the last ACE day at Six Flags Magic mountain (Tom was there) it’s pretty crazy actually. I don’t want to spoil anything, but it will definitely be worth the wait. 😉

Yes! Finally!
The ability to copypaste scenery!
I say we get RMC with a new support generator!
Will the wooden coaster tunnels finally get a upgrade? They have been the same since early NL1. Except better darkening in NL2.
I'm just grateful that they support and update the program. I'll be happy with any new features. Thanks NL development team.

No, I'm pretty sure it won't.

For the record, I never said that; I only said I saw what they were working on and that it's pretty neat. I have no idea what will be included in the next update.
I sure hope the wooden tunnels get a update eventually. I can make these with 100% custom supports which look far better than the ingame wooden tunnels.

I wouldn't count on that being a feature of the next update.

I was just thinking it's been a long time since the last major update. When might we get another large update?
