RMC Conversion Contest

This is my first contest, so suffer through this with me.

This contest has two parts, the first part includes making a wooden coaster. The winner's coaster will then be used in the second part. The second part will include making a RMC Conversion of a coaster from Part 1, which will be the final coaster used in the judging.

PART 1

A blank park will be used to create a wooden roller coaster. There are no rules except that a Non RMC wooden coaster must be built. (No RMC Topper Track) Custom styles may be used, but must be checked with me first. (DM me on Discord AquaBob#6969 I'm also on the NLC server) Custom scenery and terrain is encouraged, and all layouts must be custom.

PART 1 JUDGING

Part 1 will be judged by me and a set of judges. These will be judged based on layout, smoothness, scenery, terrain, quality, and uniqueness. They will not be judged on how well of an RMC it will become so DONT MAKE IT THAT WAY! IT WILL NOT WIN!

PART 2

Contestants will create a RMC conversion of the contestants choice of the Top 5 from Part 1. The parks will be available for download. All terrain must be kept with minimal changes, and scenery can be changed. The regular or launched RMC type may be used, or a custom style. (Again, check with me for custom style)

PART 2 JUDGING

Part 2 will be judged by me and the same set of judges. Results will be released Friday August 13. These will be judged on layout, smoothness, scenery, terrain, quality, uniqueness, and how effective of a conversion it is. (How much of the original supports are reused, etc.)

1st Place - $15 Steam/Amazon Gift Card

2nd Place - $10 Steam/Amazon Gift Card

3rd Place - $5 Steam/Amazon Gift Card

Both Parts

Top 5 - Digital Plaque, Bragging Rights, Digital Trophy

RULES

Terrain Change from Part 1 - Part 2 is not allowed, except some minor changes that are necessary for the conversion.

Scenery Change from Part 1 - Part 2 is allowed.

Custom Track/Trains are allowed but must be approved by me.

Handbuilding, FVD, and 3D Modeling are all allowed for the track construction.

Terrain and scenery are encouraged, as they give extra points in the judging.

Reconstructions from IRL Coasters are not allowed.

Extra points for color scheme, name, theme, and certain elements may be used.

Launch coasters for Part 1 or an added launch in Part 2 are allowed.

Transfer track and a storage shed for every train must be built.

Participation in both Parts 1 and 2 are mandatory.
