Storm Surge

I've heard different rumors about Kentucky Kingdom's next coaster, such as RMC T-rex, B&M hyper (like in this part of this video: https://youtu.be/5gv5FLgCnQs?t=3m11s) or just people clamoring for another big looping coaster to fill the Chang void (since Storm Chaser doesn't have any actual loops and T3 isn't very well-liked), so this project is meant to be like a composite of those different realities as well as my own opinion that yet another ejector-air machine would feel redundant.
I felt the name was fitting not just because it goes along with the other storm-related names throughout, but also the fact that I put it by Hurricane Bay.
