Drachen Fury

This is a RMC hyper hybrid that features a unique stall drop that offers sustained hang time on the way down and is inspired by Goliath, Iron Gwazi, and rumors of a RMC hybrid that somehow pays homage to Drachen Fire.
Part of the reason this took longer than I wanted was going back and forth over whether or not I wanted to put a MCBR and what the latter half should look like in either case.
Reuses some of the same scenery from Drachen Fire Reborn.
