Jersey Devil
If it was real it would be the world's tallest and steepest wooden coaster. Riders ascend a roughly 225 ft (68.58m) lift hill leading into a beyond 90 degree drop. Inspired by the Beast, Lightning Rod, and Voyage, it follows an ejector airtime-filled out-and-back path through the woods, passing through claustrophobic head-chopping tunnels at high speeds, some of which conceal upside down twists that will take first time riders as well as enthusiasts who've ridden it before by surprise. The majority of the track is close to the ground, way underneath he tree line so all you can see from the midway are the lift hill and the first big airtime hill. The hardest part was just deciding on a layout. One of the major objectives of this one was making it feel as much like a 'real' wooden coaster as I could while having intensity associated with RMC's.
Skybox made using Skygen, textures from textures.com and SketchUp, but mostly the former. Probably my final RMC ride, or at least until sometime way after the update comes out, since fine-tuning trackwork post-production is more cumbersome if I ever need to.
